To connect to Milvus running in Docker, use 'localhost:19530' if you've mapped the gRPC port with -p 19530:19530. In 1bench or Attu, enter the host as localhost and port as 19530. For Milvus standalone Docker Compose setups, the default connection works out of the box. Make sure the Milvus container is healthy before connecting.
